About Me
I started my career in web development and IT support, where I built and maintained e-commerce platforms while helping teams troubleshoot system, performance, and user issues. Through this experience, I developed a strong interest in understanding how systems work, how data flows across applications, and how technology can improve business processes. Over time, I realized I was most engaged in the analytical and problem-solving side of technology.
This led me to complete a degree in Information Systems, focusing on SQL, data analytics, and enterprise systems. I worked on projects involving database querying, reporting, and process analysis using tools such as PostgreSQL, Excel, Qualtrics, and supply chain simulation platforms. Today, I’m focused on growing into data and systems analysis roles where I can combine my technical foundation, QA mindset, and business understanding to help organizations improve workflows and make informed, data-driven decisions.
